Under XP, I had BM set to backup the My Documents folder to a backup drive. BM handled it with no problems. However, since I "upgraded" to Vista, BM gives me files in use errors. I realize that Microsoft changed the nature of the "My Documents" folder to include hidden Application Data, etc. Is there anyway that the next version of BM can "lock" the in-use files before starting the backup (similar to what Second Copy does)? At this point, I am forced to backup only specific folders such as "Documents", "Favorites", etc. I have been using BM and Password Agent for years now. I think they are the best and simplest around.
