We decided to give our employees a separate drive for autobackup, and look to move from NTBackup to a tool somewhat like yours. Most people have a 100GB-ish C: and 120GB-ish D: (room for backup, plus some revisions).

I like the "keep old version" option, but I don't know what it does when out of space (since their backup drive currently doesn't hold the 2x their work drive).

The perfect solution for me would be an app that could handle multiple revisions (more than two, even), but also silently clean up to avoid overflowing. Like "I have ___GB for revisions, so use it as you see fit" -- almost like a recycle bin that would auto-empty the oldest file when full. I'm guessing what I call "perfect solution" isn't reasonable, honestly.

Let me know if I don't make sense, or if you know a way for 'Keep Old Versions' not to overflow a drive.

Yes, the problem is there when you run out of disk space. BM does not delete old files automatically. Basically it is an advanced file copy program.

As an option, you can enable old file keeping only for certain folders that contain most useful data. Copy only user data files, not OS and other stuff.
