if you want to copy the same items to 2 or more different folders, can you enter in the 'copy to folder' box, something like this
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\folder1;C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\folder2
i.e. two or more destination seperated by a semicolon

or do you have to duplicate the group and add a new destination there?

Yes, you need to make separate group for each destination folder.
