I decided to reduce the letters for my master password and tried to add a password with four letters. Now I can't log on with my rejected new and my old password. How can I get back on my file? Help.

Your probably not in too much trouble.

Unless you changed the default behavior, PA made a backup of your database each time you went messing with it. So you should have several backups and with the most current one being such that you should lose nothing.

All you need to do launch PA.
click open existing file
only this time in the "files of type"
click the drop down box change it to Password agent backup files (*.old?)
I think 1 is the most current backup with higher numbers being older.
highlight one of these files and click open
Enter your old master password.
you should now be in.
click "file" "save as" and enter a new file name.
use this new file from now on.

Hope this helps.
