I have a very serious problem and was wondering if anyone can help, particularly, Moon Software Support.

I have lost my Master Password. This is pretty much a disaster as everyone of my passwords where stored in this database.
Can anyone help???

Thanks very much,

Steve Monacoli

And, it is also possible to use any automation software so it will enter master password for you every time. But that is not what I recommend, though .

Littleguy, I also have no need for the master password and would like to see the software modified to provide the owner an option. i find the easiest way to login is to use 4 (min length allowed) spaces as the master password. Hittling the spacebar with the thumb 4 times rather than a word helped alot here. Good luck.

No, you can't disable master password. It is a security application after all :)
Some people have requested this function, so it may be (or may not be) available in a future version.

Hi Ahto,

Is there anyway to disable the master password? I don't have a need for it in my household and I would like to be able to get the program to just open up.

I'm sorry to hear this, Steve, but there is NO way to decrypt a file without valid master password.

I suggest you not to delete the file, you may recall your password one day just as simply you forgot it.
