The need to Save your PWA file after making a change seems to me an unnecessary step. When would you ever NOT want to save your changes? It's something I always forget to do until prompted. If the program is smart enough to prompt me to save, why doesn't it just DO IT and spare me the trouble?

In terms of use and feel, PA is a lot more like Quicken or Windows Explorer than, say, a word processor. It is essentially a transaction-based applet. In a transaction-based system one sort of expects changes to be saved immediately without the need for a separate step to say "save it." Quicken doesn't bother me to save the file. New and changed transactions are saved immediately and automatically upon entry.

Moreover, once PA is set up initially with all your entries, changes to the file content are fairly rare. Usually, you're just using (not changing) the contents. How often do you add or change a PA entry? Once a day? Probably less? You forget to save the file and then 2 hours later the power blinks. Boom, your new password is gone and forgotten.

How about just eliminating the Save function and make all changes go to disk immediately? If you're worried about unintended changes to the PWA file maybe you want to add a single-level Undo just in case. Probably not necessary, though. I would keep "Save As..." but do away with "Save."

PA is a handy little applet.

What can I say - great idea! Yes, I was worried about accidental deletion/modification, but did not think about Undo feature on some reason...

Will be probably implemented in coming 2.2 version.
