Want to use fontloader on a USB pin drive. Is there a way to use an ini file in the program directory instead of registry entries.
See www.PortableApps.com for info about software for portable use.

I have no connection to the web site. It is were I get most of the portable software I use.
I am a photographer and take alot of things with me on a shoot. One thing I do not need is a laptop laying around that could walk off. Have lost one out of my car.
Have never had a customer that did not have a computer with USB. I download pictures to my USB drive and display using OpenOffice Impress. Many want to see what font would look good but do not have anything appropriate on their machine. Using your fontloader I could load a few fonts for demo. Only problem is the registry entries.
Thank you for your response. Guess I'll have to figure out how to remove entries automatically on program close.
Have an excellent day and a better tomorrow.

Yes, settings are held in the registry only.
BTW, your posting seems more like advertizing of your web site.
