Hi: I love Backup Magic. However, a minor problem:
If I am backing up to a removable disk drive and don't have a disk in it, Backup Magic will give the correct error. But it will not allow me to quit the application until I give it a disk.
The only way to cancel the application is to do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete.
Not a major problem, but thought you should know.

Please e-mail me your system information from Backup Magic, Help | Copy System Information.

Do you use the latest version 1.5.1?

For example: If I am trying to back up to a Zip Drive but by mistake there is no Zip Disk in it, the program says that there is no disk in the drive (which is the way it should work).

Then the program shows a dialog box with 3 buttons: "Cancel","Retry", "Continue".

Clicking any of the buttons does not do any good until you put a Zip disk in the Zip Drive.

Hi Chris,

Sorry but don't understand your problem. When backup is in progress you can press the Cancel button to cancel the program? Or I miss something? It will not display error messages until it is done searching/copying, so you can cancel it any time? There is also option that allows you to copy only if a removable disk with specified name is present, otherwise it will not start.

If you still have problem, please give me more detailed desciption how to reproduce the problem and your Windows version.
