I was wondering if it's possible to use variables in the naming convention when using incremental backup (or possibly another solution to the problem I'm having). I'm trying out the software and I like the ability to use variables in the naming of the folders. The only problem I have so far in my trial of the software is during incremental backup, file names are changed only once to "filename"+"old" one time if the modified file retains the original name. I have a need to do incremental backups so I only make additional copies after a modification has been made.. but I need to keep a month of incremental saves on files whose names don't change but files that are updated every 2-3 days. From what I see it appears Backup Magic will only allow me to have two incremental backups of a file that has the same name before overwriting/deleting one on the third incremental backup. Is there a way to use incremental backup with a file whose name doesn't change but will be updated every 2-3 days for a month (meaning there will be about 10+ backups of each file with the same name)without overwriting/deleting any of them?

I hope my question make sense...

Thanks for your help...

Steve
